Looking for a fun and enriching way to boost your child’s Malay language skills? Our 8-week bilingual storybook programme is designed to help children aged 7-10 years develop confidence in reading, writing, and speaking Malay — all while unleashing their creativity!

 Programme Highlights:

  • Interactive & Engaging Lessons: Weekly sessions combine games, storytelling, drawing, and expressive writing to make learning Malay exciting and meaningful.
  • Progressive Language Development: Children will build vocabulary, learn to construct sentences, and explore expressive phrases like frasa berbunga and peribahasa.
  • Creative Storybook Creation: Each child will write and illustrate their very own bilingual storybook — a keepsake that showcases their language journey!
  • Hands-On Activities: From Wordwall quizzes to drawing and coloring, every lesson is designed to keep children engaged and inspired.
  • Cultural Appreciation: Children will explore the beauty of the Malay language and culture through curated reading sessions and expressive writing.

Who Should Join?

Children aged 7-10 years who can read and write independently. The programme is tailored to different age levels to ensure appropriate learning outcomes.

Programme Structure:

  • Weeks 1–3: Vocabulary building, sentence construction, and writing practice (Online)
  • Week 4: Story planning and drawing (On-site)
  • Weeks 5–7: Expressive writing and story development (Online)
  • Week 8: Storybook presentation and reflection (On-site)
  • Certificate of Participation upon Completion!
